Location

CNS is located at 333 North Michigan Avenue, Suite 2122, on the southeast corner of Michigan Avenue and Wacker Drive. The building is handicap accessible and staffed by a 24 hour door person. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Weekend appointments are available.

Parking

Attached garage parking is available at System Parking in the Illinois Center Building. Entrance to System Parking can be found at 111 East Wacker Drive, just east of Michigan Avenue. Clients who elect to park in this lot may purchase parking vouchers from the clinic ($14 for 1-2 hours, $22 for 2-12 hours). This rate is only available with a voucher. There are many parking garages within walking distance of the clinic. System Parking in the Illinois Center Building is the only garage with which CNS has a contract.

Public Transportation

CNS is closest to the State & Lake train station where Brown, Pink, Green, Orange and Red trains stop. The office is 2 blocks East, and 2 blocks North of the station.

Bus lines 3, X3 (express 3), 4, X4, 6, 26, 122, 123, 124, 143, 144, 145, 147, 148, 151, 157, and 855 stop at either Upper South Water or Upper Michigan & Wacker bus depots within walking distance of the clinic.
